Bama snagged 13 of the ESPN 150 players. In comparison, this is more than the rest of the SEC West combined.

I am happy that UW is ranked between 20 and 25, depending on what list you look at.

There are tons of players that are highly ranked that never pan out. But take a look at Bama's 2008 signing class, considered then and now to be among the best classes signed.

Mark Barron, projected first round pick in the draft this year

As good as the 2008 class was, this year is considered to be even better.

Alabama's ice hockey team the "Frozen Tide" won the South Eastern Conference Ice Hockey Championship this past weekend. In other news, Alabama has an ice hockey team. (My hand to God, I had no idea.)
