I think he looks 40ish, but looking your age in Hollywood makes you look older because most actors look younger than they actually are. Look at Adam, he's nearly 10 years older than Nate, but they look roughly the same age to me.

Nathan was in his early 30's in that picture. I think he is only 39 now. So compared to Adam he has definitely
aged the most. All of the women seem to have aged gracefully so far. All of them being beautiful helps even
when they do look a little older. I was just watching the first new episode of Castle last night and seeing that
picture and comparing to him now was startling. He does have a few aging genetic factors that are hindering
him and don't get me wrong he still is very good looking and you can't beat that charming personality or smile
but the baby face is gone.
