Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse... but you take a boat in the air that you don't love... she'll shake you off just as sure as the turn of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she ought to fall down... tells you she's hurting before she keels. Makes her a home.  -Mal

"Is this how time normally passes? Really slowly, in the right order?"

I have some of her books. Does that count?   I get so many books I never seem to catch up
and I've never got around to reading hers. My book collection rivals my local library.

Same here... in fact when my older son moved out, I moved into his room with all my mystery books *G Still have piles on books...I am going with, "but it's decoration" defense.

It's really awful when I look at my stash and very depressing in a way since I don't think I could get
through them all if I lived to be a 100, yet I keep buying more. I found an author in my stash that I
had been buying the books of for 10 years and finally got around to reading. Her books are great and
I could kick myself for waiting so long to read them but I went through a half dozen in just a few weeks
so it didn't take long to read them once I set my mind to it. The books were by Beverly Connor and she
writes forensic novels. She has two series going and the second one is really really good. The first is good
to once you get past the first two books which were her first and a little on the light side. Her quality of
writing really picked up after that.

Are you all caught up on the Dark Hunter books? Acheron's book is next and I just can't wait.

I am two books behind, still need to read 'Upon the midnight clear' & 'Dream Chaser'. She blew my mind with 'Dance with the Devil'... Zarek.

Me too Zarek is my favorite. Did you read Devil May Cry with Sin and Katra?

I love the mixture of comedy and tragedy and actio and romance. I wish it were on TV or Movies what an interesting World she's created.
