That is a negative. The 'advance episode' happened once last year as well and was not repeated. Doubt we'll see another one like that this year.

The Reed's as well. I think they need to hold off casting certain characters until they are absolutely needed to move the plot along so they can save their $.

They also seemed like cool characters.  Explaining what 'green dreams' are seems pretty important, though they may just have the Wildling, Osha, take over some of their parts.

Viewership is still strong ~ 3.8 million (3.9 million first weekend). True Blood's viewership went down 300,000 on its second episode of Season 2.
