Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse... but you take a boat in the air that you don't love... she'll shake you off just as sure as the turn of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she ought to fall down... tells you she's hurting before she keels. Makes her a home.  -Mal

A STORM OF SWORDS Spoiler
The RW? He has to write that ep.

Under the impression that'll be S4 . Although it'd be gutpunch of a season finale
It's nice here with a view of the trees
Eating with a spoon?
They don't give you knives?
'Spect you watch those trees
Blowing in the breeze
We want to see you lead a normal life

Tonight's episode:
Brienne the Beauty!  Loved her scenes.  Margaery Tyrell was gorgeous and had the manner I would expect of someone who truly understands the Game of Thrones without Cersei's darkened heart.  Arry's scenes were too-short and seemed to cut out quite a bit and didn't really portray the significance of just how bad the men in the caged wagon were (a previous ep touched on it, but not much). Theon's worked pretty well.  Tyrion's gal had her timeline altered.  Tyrion's own game was handled fantastically. Jon Snow's was handled okay, though seemed (necessarily) shortened.
And I'm thinking you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling.

I agree with you assessment of the episode. I hate that they've shorten so many of the story lines, but I understand why and I don't think it will drastically change the experience for folks who haven't read the books. One thing it will do for sure is is allow those folks to really have a whole new experience reading the stories if/when they decide to.
Poor Yoren.  :-\  He had one great scene and then he dies. Francis Magee played him well. Even though it was short, I think they sold Theon's internal conflict and made his choice to side with his blood over Robb very believable.
And I'm thinking you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling.
Yoren was great . A true Man of the Black . TV Theon is going to be way more sympathetic than  Book Theon . Queen Marjery is awesome . I loved The Tudors .  Brienne is sufficiently large and dedicated .
About Theon.
He may be more sympathetic right now, but after the sack of Winterfell? Also, if they play it right the faux death of Rickon and Bran will give the TV only viewers fits. Especially if they do it near the end of the season and don't reveal their true fate until next season (hopefully with the Reeds).
Hell, in another year or two I'll have enough white in my beard so that all I'll need is a cap and a pair of suspenders for a cheap D*C costume.
