Read an amusing discussion about them using Game of Thrones for the name of the second season instead of A Clash of Kings. It just makes senc=se to keep one name for the whole TV series, but some one suggested calling the second season Game of Throne: A Clash of Kings, but it was pointed out that the short version wouldn't work out so well GoT: CoK
