Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse... but you take a boat in the air that you don't love... she'll shake you off just as sure as the turn of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she ought to fall down... tells you she's hurting before she keels. Makes her a home.  -Mal

Book 4 ended abruptly. I don't know if I want to start #5 and have to wait, who knows how long, for #6.

I have #5 and am taking it really slow .

It's nice here with a view of the trees
Eating with a spoon?
They don't give you knives?
'Spect you watch those trees
Blowing in the breeze
We want to see you lead a normal life

Spooky

I started 5 last night. Good to see some characters that didn't get any love in #4.
And I'm thinking you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling.

Or hair of the dog.

QuoteAll kneel for Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen, the Unburnt, Queen of the Seven Kingdoms, Queen of the Andals, the Rhoynar, of Meereen and the First Men, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Shackles, and Mother of Dragons.

Now that is a title. I want a title too.

Reek... I would not wish that on anyone.

Eric

It would seem this guy read the books and thought they were "How to Become a Lannister and love it" educational courses.

'Song of Ice and Fire' filled with lessons for a less fantastical world

32% of book 3 and all I can say is, "Oh know she didn't!"
I am 32% done with book three and read the best chapter in this series yet. Dany has certainly grown from that meek little girl her brother used to push around. I knew when she bought the Unsullied what she was going to do with them and, even knowing, reading about is was pretty exciting. How could those slavers be so stupid as to sell their entire defense force to her. I guess their lust for a fiery dragon got the best of them. Well they got their fiery dragon... well mostly the fire part. LOL
I'm past this part, but just now braving some of the spoilers.  Yeah, what happened is the only way I could see her getting out of it to save face at all.
