Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse... but you take a boat in the air that you don't love... she'll shake you off just as sure as the turn of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she ought to fall down... tells you she's hurting before she keels. Makes her a home.  -Mal

Various Emmy nominations for sound editing, writing, title design, etc. but the most important:

Outstanding Drama Series and Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.

BAM.

It's nice here with a view of the trees
Eating with a spoon?
They don't give you knives?
'Spect you watch those trees

The only people who could win over Dinklage are Andre Braugher (although he has two lead actor Emmys) and John Slattery., although I've never watched Justified, Walton Goggins is nominated (ah, the guy from The Shield).

Sorry to hijack the thread for Emmy talk....

I have no idea who's going to win Best Actor as there are so many great nominees. I mean, how do you choose from this:

Steve Buscemi for "Boardwalk Empire" (2010)
Kyle Chandler for "Friday Night Lights" (2006)
Michael C. Hall for "Dexter" (2006)
Jon Hamm for "Mad Men" (2007)
Hugh Laurie for "House M.D." (2004)
Timothy Olyphant for "Justified" (2010)

The only sad omission on nominations is Katey Sagal for Sons of Anarchy.

Saffron got a nom! (Christina Hendricks, supporting actress for a drama series)

Personally, I think Walton Goggins was better than Peter Dinklage. Just my 2 cents.

And I'm thinking you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling.

Kidding aside , Olyphant is my favourite of that formidable list .

I haven't seen Boardwalk Empire yet, but I mean to. Omar is in it.

Never seen more than three minutes of Friday Night Lights, but I did see Wallace alive and kicking for the team. well, running laps anyway.

Michael C. Hall is always great as Dexter.

Tried to get into Mad Men, just couldn't.

Hugh Laurie's hairpiece deserves some sort of award or something.

Timothy Olyphant is my choice as well. Love the show, love the actor. But not in that way. NTTAWWT. April said that she hates to see him go, but loves to watch him leave. I think Ann feels much the same way.

It's funny that I feel kinda better knowing he's ok .

All the actors are deserving. I'd love to see Hugh win an Emmy ~ he should have won it for the rehab season ~ but I think I want Michael C. Hall to win. Although, whoever wins is awesome.
