Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse... but you take a boat in the air that you don't love... she'll shake you off just as sure as the turn of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she ought to fall down... tells you she's hurting before she keels. Makes her a home.  -Mal

*shudder*

"we will do as our leader says...."

:tinfoil:

You mean you didn't promise/pledge "to be a servant to our president" along with Demi, Ashton, et al?!?

This show has so much fun stuff going for it with such a wonderful group of actors who are all
easy on the eyes ,( well there's Jeff ) but you know what I mean.

Jeff!?  What's wrong with Jeff?  He's hawt!

:haha:

The sad thing is I can't even think of the song "Tom Sawyer" without picturing Jeff in my head. *shudder*

I'm with you on Obama and can't fathom why more folks don't wonder why our president feels the need to literally be in our faces.  Heck, I'd rather be sitting on the couch looking at JEFF!

What I want to know...  Are the networks having to give away all those primetime hours (not likely)?  If they are being paid, *who* is paying and where is the money coming from?

Yes, they give them away and they are not happy about it right now.
"Is this how time normally passes? Really slowly, in the right order?"

And I'm thinking you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling.

THAT'S the point I was getting at!! See, usually, companies pay nets for 'time' right? Who's paying whom and with who's money? grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...............

Phyll33

I don't get the feeling the networks have been very happy about it and yes they give away the
time frame. They are grinning and bearing it because "hey" he's their guy but you can tell when
ever they talk about it they are disgruntled.

I keep thinking about that old Twilight Zone ep "Eye of the Beholder" where the 'leader' does these speeches from monitors all over the place...all about conformity and everyone being alike. Like, you know, one world government, fun stuff like that...control the airwaves. Science Fiction, right?

Phyll33

Doesn't look like science fiction anymore. I find it amusing that he plasters himself all over
the airwaves here every chance he gets and they screw up overseas at the G 20 and forgot
about the time difference and have nothing to show us from this morning. And please tell me
giving the Queen an ipod is an April Fool's Joke.
