Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse... but you take a boat in the air that you don't love... she'll shake you off just as sure as the turn of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she ought to fall down... tells you she's hurting before she keels. Makes her a home.  -Mal

I thought the in-game protest yesterday was going to be like a temper tantrum and peter out after several hours, but it's going strong, if not stronger today.
And I'm thinking you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling.

It's nice here with a view of the trees
Eating with a spoon?
They don't give you knives?
'Spect you watch those trees
Blowing in the breeze
We want to see you lead a normal life

The day that EVE Online died

EVE hasn't died, but I did notice that there were 10k+ less people online than most Sundays. Not a good sign.
And I'm thinking you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling.

Perpetuum receives influx of EVE players

QuoteOn the Perpetuum Online forum, developer BoyC alerted players to a server load problem and at the same time welcomed the influx of players that began 48 hours prior. A login limit had to be placed on the server to balance the load, and the increased number of players trying to access the game has even highlighted a bug in the relay servers to which players connect. "The sheer number of new players caught us by surprise," said DEV BoyC, "and we're working around the clock to accommodate each and every one of you."

Lulzsec supposedly disbanded; may still be a threat; Dept. of Homeland Security tells us Reagan's nine-most terrifying words in the English Language: I'm from the government and I'm here to help.

Their keyboard-bravado faded pretty quickly. LULZ!

A comment from Alro... What? It could be him.

QuoteAnyone attacking the big-money, hurting the big-money I have no problem with.
"The working class and the employing class have nothing in common. There can be no peace so long as hunger and want are found among millions of the working people and the few, who make up the employing class, have all the good things of life.

Between these two classes a struggle must go on until the workers of the world organize as a class, take possession of the means of production, abolish the wage system, and live in harmony with the Earth."
