Firefly lands on The Science Channel

He was pretty buff back in the day.

The HD was pretty sharp. You could even see Nathan's nose hairs from time to time (no kidding, I noticed).

   

  I think I'll pass on checking that out.  I just clicked on the last hour of it and it didn't seem any
sharper too me but it's probably just my eyes.

I had to cut back on the sharpness and the edge enhancer on our LCD TV because they were damaging my calm -- so Firefly HD just looked a bit better than SD.

I'm considering going a bit sharper though, now that I'm used to the new screen.

Watching the Firefly Blu-Ray on an HD TV was like watching Firefly for the first time. It was crystal clear. The lighting was even better in the first battlefield of Serenity. I always think it is too dark.

I agree , lots of dark scenes look better on the BluRay .
