Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse... but you take a boat in the air that you don't love... she'll shake you off just as sure as the turn of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she ought to fall down... tells you she's hurting before she keels. Makes her a home.  -Mal

... about the style of game play your like in your computer games. 1st person, 3rd person, RPG, mmorpg, linear, sandbox.. etc

I prefer the Fallout 3 sandbox/rpg/shooter style. I like the open world that I can wander around in for hours doing side quests not even making a dent in the main quest/story of the game. I loose interest in games that have a very linear story and game play. Follow this corridor and shoot everything and then follow this corridor and shot everything... so on and so on..

What do you like?
And I'm thinking you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling.

Jessi and her boyfriend were raving about a game he's gotten for Christmas, not sure what system it's on (his family are game crazy and have EVERY type of system out there)...but it's something to do with Portals, and they said I would love it since it reminded Jessi of an ep of X-files and Warehouse 13 where you enter one door to be back in the same room through another 'portal' of that room...and sometimes when you exit a 'portal' at the bottom of the screen and it drops you down through the ceiling of the next. She said it's got clues that are funny, with very quirky logic or riddle/puzzle type thinking behind them. She wanted me to come play, but I'll have to wait till I'm better.

I'm not really good at any video type games, not like the 'real' ones that are popular, I can't see the appeal of WoW, and 'First person shooter games', always make me dizzy, seeing what your character sees? I get motion sick. heh.
