Good episode.
Simple trap replaced Tyrion's epic one. The last ten minutes felt rushed. It was hard to tell if Ser Florian was wearing Renly's armor, though I'm tempted to say he wasn't. If he was they certainly didn't play up that aspect of the book, which is a shame. Great wildfire explosion.
Good stuff. Not as epic as the book, but very good for 50+ minutes of TV.
Glad they didn't cut off Tyrion's nose, but he is sure to have a nasty scar.
Pigshit burns real pretty-like .
This episode was overloaded with win .

Loras had Renly's armour .
You can tell by the antlers on his helm .
I'm not sure where I got "Florian" from. I meant Tyrell. :D Knight of the Flowers?
I think the scene could have been more effective (for non-bookreaders) if random dude "Ser Redshirt" would have yelled out "It's the ghost of King Renly" or something, or if they'd have put some massive antlers on the helmet like in the following pic, but once again I was not consulted.

I agree with both notions .

Are you sure you aren't Sansa dreaming about Florian and Jonquil?

"Penis"
:o
Nit picks
The puke bucket was stupid .
Why does Pod's spear break when he impaled Ser Mandon ?
Why aren't Renly's bannerman shouting for Renly ?( as noted by Eric )
( for that matter why aren't Stannis' men doing the same ? )
The Hound didn't leave his Kingsguard cloak in Sansa's room .
Lancel's wound is pretty grievous - should have left the arrow in his side to convey that
( just have it snapped off a few inches out , moar blood too ) I think it robbed him of his heroics , 'cause as cowardly as he appears he nutted up and fought and that's true bravery .
Still a near perfect episode imo .

It could have been far worse. I think Tyrion's storyline suffered some, but for something that could have easily been movie-length or with cheesier green fire they did pretty well.

Oh yeah - the potential for cheesy FAIL was there , but they pulled it off and with panache .
