Title: Wonder Woman Costume
Post by: Rosie on March 20, 2011, 11:29:09 AM
Now this Wonder Woman Costume I feel more comfortable wearing though  still need to lose a lot of weight. I can't stand the Wonder Woman people at ComicCon that are too large for that costume. Just not ok.

They couldn't find someone without a boob job? Striking costume though.

Quotede-emphasizes the patriotism

Yeah, yeah, I know.  It's bad to be patriotic. And Captain America is soon to be called Captain U.N. or get green skin and change himself to Captain Planet or blah blah blah.

I kind of suspected that the pale blue pants might change, that it was bad processing.

Hey, they are real on the outside.

Oh, boots. Never mind.

Are you thinking she's wearing a Wonderbra (http://www.wonderbra.com/)?

I used to work with a woman who wore a Wonderbra. She had a set of 38DDs but she said that the Wonderbra was the only bra she ever wore that didn't make her nipples sore. I really didn't need to hear that.

Why do I not think she is very attractive?  She has that bull dog jaw that just doesn't photograph well.

She's okay at best. Cobie Smulders is far more attractive (but in another show).

She was supposedly Whedon's choice when he was going to make the Wonder Woman movie.

Not appealing to me at all but then Linda Carter was my generation and she will always be hard to
beat.  She was perfect.  There are lots of beautiful brunettes out there though so it doesn't seem like
this should be so hard. It must be if she was the best they could find.

Uhhhhh, didn't help unless you are just comparing the costumes. Kind of messy looking.

The less shiny look is much better.

Definitely but the same color boots make her legs look longer and the top is not very well fitting.

While the miniskirt would have been nice and reminiscent of the original comic WW, I think I like these best  (http://mydisguises.com/2010/07/06/unofficial-wonder-woman-costume-designs/) (wasn't Smallville's Lois Lane costume like this?):

I like the new, less shiny look better with the red boots. However what happen to the top? Is it just a bad picture? Bad posture? It looks all wrinkly and just not good.

That's my thought too but I think the first picture we saw was not real. The costume looks like a drawing
on a fake body with just the head put on. That bodice with the real thing just fits awful.

Huh...I agree. I like the pants. I wonder if we can buy those boots somewhere. I love Wonder Woman and if I ever wore a costume to ComicCon that would be the one. I'd ask Saxon to help with the bodice for sure.
