One of the traditions at Auburn is that when they win, they roll the trees at one of the intersections, known as Toomer's Corner. Why vandalizing their city is a tradition is beyond me, but this is Auburn we are talking about. Anyway, some deranged Alabama fan (and no that is not redundant) took it upon himself to poison the trees at Toomer's Corner following the Iron Bowl. Then he bragged about it. On the radio. Now he's been arrested and will be spending time in the PMITA prison.

The Aubs have been going nuts. One caller, and I kid you not, compared this to the Oklahoma bombing and said it this was an act of terrorism. He said the tree killer was in the same category as Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols. And I thought Arlo was 'tarded.

Anyway, here is a story on the 'murder' of a member of the Auburn family (and yes it has been called that).
