No one has any 3D glasses for Chuck! :(
Pearl had a pair. We gave it a few tries each then decided it wasn't worth it.
I wouldn't have minded checking out the Intersect flashes w/glasses on, though. They may have been cool.
Maybe we'll watch again tomorrow -- or, they said both 3D and regular versions of the episode are at http://nbc.com (http://nbc.com) .

You didn't miss much. The most amazing part was seeing the NBC logo in 3d. Big whoop.
They gave Ann a headache and she quit after a minute or so.
The 3D was the old crappy red/blue lenses, not the newer polarized lenses.
I just realized that I probably can't work on my paper too much while wearing the glasses. Go figure.
..... Doesn't seem to be working.
Why we playing keep away?
:haha:
I thought it was just me...half drugged (Jessi woke me up 15 minutes before it started), then I had to hold my head at an odd angle to have the glasses over my own glasses which are bi-focals...ack.
Gave me a head/neck ache. and to be honest, WHAT was supposed to be '3D' anyhoo? There was a knife throw...and yeah, maybe the 'flashes', but they didn't seem all that special.
Jessi said the same thing. Lotsa hype for nothing. She even said she couldn't figure out who/why they had to spend so much 'production time/cost' on it when it didn't have anything 3D worthy that we could see.
I did note that it said 'to be continued'.
I just hope the episode was considered good enough for all the new viewers that most likely tuned in, especially since they ran the commercial during the superbowl.
It hurt my eyes so I didn't wear the glasses the whole time and missed half the 3D stuff. The red lens is so much more darker than the blue one. Throws it off for me.
Stuff like the bomb counter was about the only thing that seemed 3D to me.
Let them have their fun, but it was distracting.
I picked up two sheets of the glasses at Kroger a week ago for my nieces and nephews since there was suppose to be a cartoon thing after the Super Bowl. Forgot to bring a set home for Chuck! It kinda reminded me of Friday the 13 part 3 in 3-D! I didn't have glasses for that one either!
I picked up the glasses at Wal-Mart, right in the front door where they had a desk set up to give them out.
I haven't watched the show yet, taped it last night but my husband tried the glasses for the Super Bowl and
said I would probably get sick using them since I get motion sickness at the drop of a hat. My glasses will
interfere too. I wish they wouldn't do these kind of gimmicks, the show is not just for kids in fact it is pretty
adult so why do these kind of cutesy things to get an audience. I realize Zack is probably into this whole
nerdy type of thing since I get the impression he lives and breathes video games *what a waste*.
more I think about it, I didn't really like last night's episode. There wasn't much added to the story and the mission wasn't that interesting. There were a few good casey moments but they were brief. Chuck's whole "I want a break sometimes" is old. Hopefully the rest of the season goes well.
The highlight of the episode was when Charlie (sorry, don't remember what his character's name was) said his first tattoo said Serenity.
Jessi and I both busted up!! Notice how he changed it, and then said he couldn't quite remember what I said?
When we were having our visit with Adam, Amanda (Gingi's roomie) sat next to him and he noticed her tattoo across her back/shoulder and said 'nice ink'. We then all started having about 3 different on-going convos about tats...and I know someone said that for all anyone knew when they were getting tattoos in 'other languages' it could say just about ANYTHING! And we were laughing about how someday someone was going to be punched out cuz someone who read Mandarine or Cantonese or whatever was going to see what was REALLY written there! lol.
Barb, Tabin, do you remember that? That's why Jessi said she just wanted to get the word 'LOVE' tattooed on her wrist, she said no matter how anyone 'translated it' it couldn't get her into trouble. but for her it would just mean "God is LOVE".
