BBC series about an anal-retentive, anti-social doctor in a small Cornish village.
We've watched three seasons on Netflix and are loving the series. Funny, as I'd never even heard of it before.
And he has hemophobia.
My Brit pal Rozz has mentioned it and says I would like it. I may have to check it out, now that I've got a rec from some American friends. :)
You're a tosser for not believing Rozz! :neener:

I missed this, but Series 5 has been airing across the pond, pulling in a whopping 32% of total shares (http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2011/sep/13/doc-martin-pulls-8-million-viewers) on the first episode of the season.
This guy (http://docmartinseries5.blogspot.com/) has put up the first couple of episodes on YouTube (split into four parts each):
Doc Martin - Series 5, Ep 1 (1/4) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdlCo83DT1E#)
Doc Martin - Series 5, Ep 2 (1/4) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mYm2AfV9idA#ws)
You're all barmey .
