Nit picks

The puke bucket was stupid .
Why does Pod's spear break when he impaled Ser Mandon ?
Why aren't Renly's bannerman shouting for Renly ?( as noted by Eric )
( for that matter why aren't Stannis' men doing the same ? )
The Hound didn't leave his Kingsguard cloak in Sansa's room .
Lancel's wound is pretty grievous - should have left the arrow in his side to convey that
( just have it snapped off a few inches out , moar blood too ) I think it robbed him of his heroics , 'cause as cowardly as he appears he nutted up and fought and that's true bravery .

Still a near perfect episode imo .

It could have been far worse.  I think Tyrion's storyline suffered some, but for something that could have easily been movie-length or with cheesier green fire they did pretty well.

Oh yeah - the potential for cheesy FAIL was there , but they pulled it off and with panache .
