In one multiplayer mode, if you're playing AB's character he'll occasionally make some oneliners.  I've heard him reference Full Metal Jacket and a line about his gun "Vera".  Supposedly he also will say, "Gorram."  I have yet to hear it though.

I'm not sure if Fillion, Tudyk or Helfer's characters make any similar pop references.
It's strange to see Fillion look like Fillion, and Helfer look generally like Helfer and AB looking like this, though:
