Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse... but you take a boat in the air that you don't love... she'll shake you off just as sure as the turn of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she ought to fall down... tells you she's hurting before she keels. Makes her a home.  -Mal

Aside from the brown coat, the only one I caught was when Slaughter offered Sherlock a bit of the hair of the dog and said "That'll get you flyin'" and even that was a stretch. They said the catalyzer was there, I guess in the junkyard.

AB was more Jayne than John and he looked like he had fun. A lot more fun than he did with Chuck, but maybe that was because he didn't look constipated.

He and Nate were havin' fun .

I'd like to see Slaughter again .
Maybe even become a rival for Beckett's affections ......

It's nice here with a view of the trees
Eating with a spoon?
They don't give you knives?
'Spect you watch those trees
Blowing in the breeze
We want to see you lead a normal life

Or get his own series.

They'd have to flesh out the character more, but I could see a series based on the character doing well.
And I'm thinking you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling.

Is there enough there to make a series ?
I suppose , with the right writers ....

And supporting cast, like Slaughters cute ME at the beginning of the show.

Jason Mamoa would be a good sidekick. The testosterone fog would be thick.
"Is this how time normally passes? Really slowly, in the right order?"

I suppose the undercover guy might be cool too .

And he could have a new partner every week .....

;)

My only memory of MB is the abortion flap and the painter who never painted .
Or was it her choosing to be a single parent ?
Either way , there was a painter ....

The running joke was that she had a new secretary each week, almost always incompetent.

Probably the best one was when Marcia Wallace showed up and was everything she could hope for. Efficient, polite, one step ahead of Murphy. Then Peter Bonerz and Bob Newhart showed up at the end and begged her to come back and work for them again.
