I've never played any of the Elder Scrolls series, but it sounds like they may have knocked it out of the park for the latest.

The only Bethesda Softworks games I've played are Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The attention to detail, the open worlds, the replayability (is that a word?) of those games and the fact the everything they do is better than what they did before gave me confidence that Skyrim would be filled with all the things that make their other games great and lots of new things to make it even better. They know how to build and RPG and create worlds.

The nerd's sword is awesome!

I'd love to get this and perhaps Modern Warfare 3, but I opted for the Halo remake coming out in a few days since my brothers want to play it.  Punks.
