BBC series about an anal-retentive, anti-social doctor in a small Cornish village. 

We've watched three seasons on Netflix and are loving the series.  Funny, as I'd never even heard of it before.

My Brit pal Rozz has mentioned it and says I would like it. I may have to check it out, now that I've got a rec from some American friends. :)

I missed this, but Series 5 has been airing across the pond, pulling in a whopping 32% of total shares on the first episode of the season.
