He is my favorite story teller right now (sorry Joss). His Wool series is a great piece of fiction and everyone I've convinced to read it have gone out of their way to thank me afterward. I started by reading his novella The Plagiarist (99 cent Kindle book on amazon) and then started reading Wool. Great sci-fi and just all around great story with fascinating characters. I hope Ridley Scott doesn't mess up the movie version he is planning.
And I'm thinking you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling.
