Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse... but you take a boat in the air that you don't love... she'll shake you off just as sure as the turn of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she ought to fall down... tells you she's hurting before she keels. Makes her a home.  -Mal

I tried reading this a long time ago and I stop somewhere in the beginning 1/4 to 1/3 of the book. I have picked it back up because I feel like I need to read it and make the climb and learn whatever God want's me to learn.

It is really hitting home and I think that makes me rather uncomfortable. It has truth that I am not ready to face or welcome. But I need to learn how to get to the high places.

From the cover it says:

"An allegory dramatizing the journey each of us must take before we can live in 'High Places'."

Has anyone ever read this book?

Spooky

And I'm thinking you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling.
